Through products on the Lifeworth.com web site (the "Services") Lifeworth ("Lifeworth") provides recruiters, businesses, web site administrators and other individuals a variety of tools and resources to post jobs and events; distribute jobs to vertical search site and aggregators; create and send online e-mail jobs campaigns, and more.

This service may not be used for the sending of unsolicited e-mail (sometimes called "spam"). The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Services. By using the Services, you accept these terms and conditions.

Lifeworth reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Lifeworth prohibits certain content on the Service, you understand and agree that Lifeworth cannot be responsible for any content posted on the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

General Conditions for All Users

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  3. Lifeworth does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  4. You expressly understand and agree that Lifeworth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from:
    • the use or the inability to use the service;
    • unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
    • statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
    • or any other matter relating to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances and under no contract or otherwise shall Lifeworth or any of its underyling service providers, business partners, licensors, employees, distributors or agents (collectively referred to for purposes of this section as "Lifeworth") be liable to you or any other person for any money damages, whether direct, indirect, special incidental, exemplary or other damages, even if Lifeworth shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. If Lifeworth is found liable to you for any damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, the liability of Lifeworth to you will be limited to the amount you paid of the Service.

  5. The failure of Lifeworth to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lifeworth and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Lifeworth (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Lifeworth does not allow the use of it Service for the purpose of sending Spam (which is unsolicited email sent in bulk or any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person via e-mail without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient) or any illegal activity. Lifeworth, at its own discretion, may immediately disable your account and access to the Service without refund if Lifeworth believes in its sole discretion that you have violated this condition.
  8. Lifeworth has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account. Lifeworth also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Terms and Conditions for Paid Promotions

Expert Paid Promotions Terms and Conditions

You will have the option for your latest blog entries to appear on the homepage and on our monthly newsletter. The location and duration of the appearance of these blog postings is subject to change and we reserve the right to delete a particular posting and suspend this service if the content is not considered suitable.

Employer Paid Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. You will have access to the extended profiles of those members of Lifeworth's site who have upgraded their profiles.
  2. We are not responsible for the accuracy of those profiles.
  3. Your use of this information is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for all users. This service is intended for focused recruitment not general advertising or the data mining of this database. Therefore if it appears you are viewing member profiles in a systematic rather than focused search-based manner, we reserve to the right to suspend your access with no refund. Access will only be reinstated upon further liaison with the user.
  4. You will have the option for your latest blog entries to appear on the homepage and on our monthly newsletter. The location and duration of the appearance of these blog postings is subject to change and we reserve the right to delete a particular posting and suspend this service if the content is not considered suitable

Event Paid Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Upon receipt of the required fee an event will be upgraded within 24 hours to special promoted status so it appears featured:
    • with its image on the front page at the top of the lists of relevant events.
    • near the top of a monthly email sent to all Lifeworth subscribers
    • at the top of the list of relevant events sent in the next weekly email dispatch, if the event metadata correlates with the user's profile preferences.
  2. This promotion will last for one month. A reminder will be sent before the end of the period in case an additional month is required.

Job paid promotion terms and conditions

  1. Upon receipt of the required fee the job notice will be 'promoted' for one month or until it's application date, whichever is soonest. A promoted notice is one which appears
    • in the relevant search results higher than jobs which have not be promoted
    • on the homepage of Lifeworth.com
    • in a monthly email sent to all Lifeworth subscribers
    • at the top of the list of relevant jobs sent in the next weekly email dispatch, if the job metadata correlates with the user's profile preferences.
  2. Lifeworth reserves the right to remove jobs or events it considers innappropriate and to not reimburse but request a new posting of suitable content.

Special Featuring Terms and Conditions

  1. Upon receipt of the required fee an event can be upgraded to special feature status so it featured in a box with an image on the front page, as well as at the top of the lists of relevant events.
  2. This promotion will last for one month, from the moment of promoting it, rather than the moment of its first entry into the database. Events may be promoted more than once, although this should be done before the end of the month as the job or event may expire and require re-entering.
